In March 2009, Certificate of Formation for "Camp Tonkawa Outdoor Learning Center, Inc." as a  Domestic Nonprofit Corporation was filed in the State of Texas. Articles of Incorporation are on file. Our initial Board consisted of April Holtzman, Will Andrews, and Mark Blessing.

Girl Scout youth leader, Boy Scout merit badge counselor, Yoga instructor, Homeschool teacher for 19 years, Youth program director for 29 years. Certified to teach the Texas WILD programs. Continuing her education with online courses in Herbology, Qigong, Health and Bird Language.

Relevant accreditations and successes – Currently teaches Spanish and Fine Art including Music, Drama / Theater, and Art. Has previously taught Kindergarten, Second Grade and Physical Education for Denton Independent School District (DISD) for over 10 years. Currently teaching grades Preschool age 3 to 6th grade but is a certified classroom teacher for grades Pk to 12th grade.
Girl Scout troop leader for Brownies and Daisies. Has Bachelors in Child and Family Studies, TAMUK and a Masters in Bilingual Education from SMU.
